ORDERS

Where's my order?

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. However, during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays, delivery times may be longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Australia Post with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse. Once your order status shows as ‘Shipped,’ we’re unable to cancel it—whether it’s the full order or individual items.

If your cancellation is successful, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Can I change my order?

We recommend carefully reviewing your order before placing it. That said, if your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse, we may be able to accommodate changes. To request a change, email us as soon as possible at officialshop@melbournecityfc.com.au.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We apologise if the item or size you’re looking for is currently unavailable. Popular products can sell out quickly. Please email officialshop@melbournecityfc.com.au and we’ll check availability or let you know when we expect it back in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment options:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Absolutely. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data. Your payment details and personal information are handled securely using industry-standard practices.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Yes, all listed prices include GST where applicable.

SHIPPING

What postal service do you use?

All orders, both within Australia and internationally, are shipped via Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship to over 220 countries around the world via Australia Post International.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email or visit Australia Post’s App or website to track your parcel.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

I’ve only received part of my order – where’s the rest?

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate deliveries. You will be notified by email if this is the case. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for any shipment updates.

RETURNS

Can I get a refund, exchange, or store credit?

Refunds are only available for faulty items. If your order isn’t faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. To begin a return or exchange, please email us at officialshop@melbournecityfc.com.au.

How do I return an item?

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Email officialshop@melbournecityfc.com.au. to request a return.
  2. If approved, send your item(s) to Melbourne City’s warehouse located at the following address at your own expense (unless the return is due to a fault or incorrect item):

Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund, exchange, or store credit accordingly.

Do I have to pay return postage?

If the item is being returned due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the postage. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my item if I simply change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the person you purchased for no longer wants the item.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Can I return personalised items?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised items, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty after review by our Merchandise team.

Please double-check personalisation details carefully before ordering, and retain your order confirmation. If we have made a mistake with your customisation, we’ll replace the item at no cost.

Note: We do not accept returns on personalised items if a player changes their number or transfers to another club before, during or after the personalisation process.

Can I return items at the Outlet on match days?

Yes, you’re welcome to return items at our merchandise outlets on match days at AAMI Park. Please bring the item(s) along with your receipt or order confirmation email.

What if my item is faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at officialshop@melbournecityfc.com.au. If a fault is confirmed (e.g. due to manufacturing or material defect), we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Items found not to be faulty will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

GENERAL

Do you have a physical store?

We operate as an online-only store, and we aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. If you’d like to see items in person, you can visit our merchandise outlets at AAMI Park on match days.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Yes! We offer digital gift vouchers, which make a perfect gift for any Melbourne City fan. You can browse and purchase them [here].

How do I redeem a gift card?

During checkout, simply enter your gift card code at the payment step. The value will be deducted from your order total.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout, and the discount will be automatically applied to your total. Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided.
